Dr. Rumman Hossain Tuhin is highly known as a veterinary specialist surgeon and consultant and renowned in Bangladesh for his expertise in pet orthopedic surgery. With over 10,000 successful regular and special surgeries to his credit, he has established himself as a leading figure in the field. Dr. Tuhin completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University and subsequently earned a Master's degree (MS) in Surgery. He further enhanced his skills through Clinical training (CT) in orthopedics, ophthalmics, pathology and emergency care in Bangalore, India. Additionally, he holds a Postgraduate Training (PGT) qualification from West Bengal, India, specializing in Advanced Veterinary Radiology and Imaging, which includes X-ray, Ultrasound (USG), ECG, and Echocardiography.

During his academic career, He was actively involved in various national and international student organizations. He served as the Exchange Officer (EO) of the International Veterinary Student Association (IVSA), was the Country Ambassador for the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), founded the American Society for Microbiology (ASM) chapter at his University,  and represented Bangladesh on the Standing Committee on Animal Welfare, IVSA. He also volunteered with the World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA).

In addition to his professional accomplishments, He is leading as a Continue Education (CE) Secretary of Bangladesh Small Animal Veterinary Association (BASAVA) And Also an active Member as a first Bangladeshi Veterinarian of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). Outside of work, he enjoys cricket, football; he also has a passion for gardening.
